Because rice was such a fundamental component in our diet, naturally we ate lots of rice dishes, one of them being fried rice. My parents hands down made the best fried rice and although I haven't eaten in so long (as they make it with egg and some form of meat), I decided to make my own fried rice recipe, with a few alterations. I used brown rice (cos ya know, white rice is waaaaaay too mainstream) It's so versatile and a perfect way to help you get your daily dose of veggies!
