Their Liver Cleansing Muesli was so tasty and was jam-packed with superfood goodiness!
It features oats, linseeds, lecithin, pepitas, psyllium and the most prominent superfoods are the slippery elm which aids in digestion and taurine which helps detoxify the body. It has a subtle crunch to it but was still easy to chew and went perfectly with the almond milk I had with it. The best part was that is wasn’t too sweet which tends to happen with many muesli brands and it was the perfect way to keep me energised during the day!
These are such a convenient breakfast idea! The clusters had a subtle taste of cinnamon and vanilla and contained sunflower kernels, almonds and pecans which gave it a perfect crunch. The rice syrup helped the clusters to stick together whilst giving it a sweet taste, which didn’t overpower any of the other ingredients. I had this with fruit and almond milk and OH MAH GAWD, it was a match made in heaven, it tasted divine!
This is the perfect on the go snack. Having a heckload of superfoods (chia seeds, cacao and coconut and waaaay more), being high in fibre and free from anything artificial, it’s super dooper healthy for you! I enjoyed these so much as they were really filling and the coconut and cacao combo went well together with the cacao giving it a hint of chocolate.
