Goji Berry And Date Porrdige
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup quick oats or rolled oats (just make sure they can be cooked in the microwave)
- 1 cup almond milk (any other milk can be used too)
- a dollop of vanilla bean paste
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of goji berries
- 1 chopped date
Method:
1. Mix oats, milk, vanilla bean paste, cinnamon in a bowl and place in microwave for two minutes (times may vary, based on an 850 watt microwave, adjust times accordingly)
2. Then add goji berries and date and place in microwave for a minute. If you want a less runny texture, microwave for an extra 30 seconds.
3. Enjoy! You can add more milk to porridge if you desire
