Fruit Tingle Parfait
The weather is unsightly, uni has been so hectic to the extent that on Thursday, I apparently couldn't read the time. Sleep deprivation is leeching out and escalating. And my ability to walk in a coherent manner is apparently deteriorating as this past week, I have stacked it. Many a time.
But nonetheless, amongst the chaos and drama, I took it upon myself to procrastinate like a boss (nutrition degree, what's good?). In saying that, in between episodes of That '70s show and the season finale of Real Housewives of Melbourne, I made this heavenly "Fruit Tingle" parfait. Jam packed with nature's goodness and featuring hands down my fave protein powder - Tao Nutrition (which I have been raving about for at least a year now #soznotsoz #TaoNutritionisthebomb)

THE ASSEMBLE:
1. Once you've created each layer, using a spoon, place each layer in a glass/ jar.
Optional: to make the spherical shape at the top, I used an ice cream scooper.
Enjoy!
Now please excuse me whilst I question my life choices and attempt to find some civilised level of sanity.
Also melbs, keep your winds to a minimum plz.
The second I step outside, I look like a potato with a black mop attached and I'm pretty keen on looking like a human instead of a cleaning utensil thank you very much.
Cheers,
