The Aftermath
The series of events which I am about to unravel isn’t entirely explainable. I’m perplexed, bewildered and confused as to what happened. I’m currently in the midst of those ‘what the damn hell’ moments. But before my emotions heighten and I’m left in an immobile state, here’s what I believe what happened…
It all started a couple of weeks ago when sleep deprivation had taken its toll. I believe I was on my laptop, on the worst kind of websites of all…. those online shopping ones. During that period of time, that’s when I believe the wreckage began. My wallet cried hysterically, my bank account loathed me and if I still had dollarmites, I could just sense my free packet of crayons disintegrating.

My wallet cried hysterically, my bank account loathed me and if I still had dollarmites, I could just sense my free packet of crayons disintegrating.
And fast forward to a couple of weeks later (ie today) when I received a certain package in the mail that would make my unemployment status disapprove.
Apparently the day I purchased them, I was pretty keen on tops. Many a tops. Because tops were the only things found. Because apparently, as long as the top of me is covered, who gives a flying tornado about the rest of me….
But heck, I ain't livin' with no regrets. Sure, I'm forever under my wallet's wrath, but at least imma be under that wrath in style... amirite?
So to my dearest wallet, the next couple of pics are for you - to show you that these purchases were a good investment... (and I've always wanted to add a bit of fashion to foodbloggerandrea... )
*LOOKBOOK TOIME* (note: not all the tops purchased are featured but are still equally loved)

What I learned from this investment: Live life regret free
Every moment should be used as a learning curveball. There's no point in feeling guilty about something you can't change, all you can do is learn from it. I had an unnecessary splurge... so what? You live and you learn from it... You can't change your past, but you can change your future! (ie. decrease the number of investments Andrea. pronto)
Other things I learnt:
1. Andrea, don't you dare go anywhere near an online store whilst sleep deprived.
2. BUT there are some really nice sales during the holiday season...
3. You really need a job (I can just sense mum bouncing off the roof tops with glee after reading this...)
But most importantly:
4. You have enough clothes Andrea, GODDAMIT.
Have a good one and please consider your wallets prior to any investments,
- Andrea x
